US Martial Arts Grand National Association

MISSION STATEMENT

“Help martial arts tournaments attract more competitors by partnering with promoters”

The US Martial Arts Grand National Association does not sanction martial arts tournaments; we only rate them. Tournament promoters are free to use whatever competition rules they choose.

We encourage promoters to allow their tournaments to be rated by multiple rating systems, including US Martial Arts Grand National Association rating system, as this will help attract more competitors from various regions across the United States.

The purpose of the US Martial Arts Grand National Association’s Rating System is to give tournament competitors of all ages, rank levels, styles and systems, an opportunity to go and compete in martial arts tournaments anywhere in the United States where the tournaments rating includes US Martial Arts Grand National Associated rating. At these tournaments, all competitors will earn points toward State, Regional, National, and International Ranking Status, and Championship Titles in whatever event(s) they compete in.

There are no membership fees required to be eligible to earn USMAGNA Championship Points.

The race for under black belt Top-10-Rank Status and Division Championship Titles begins and ends Semi-Annually (every 6 months). The race for black belt Top-10-Rank Status and Division Championship Titles begins and end Annually (every 12 months).
